Stadium event days

According to the website below (updated 14th May), event days for the rest of the year will be October 11th and 26th; November 8th and 9th; and December 3rd and 13th.

It is not known on how many of these days special car parking regulations will be enforced.

If you are expecting visitors on an event day, please warn them about parking restrictions.On Cup Final day 2007, several cars on our estate had yellow penalty notices placed under their windscreen wipers. The same happened on the day of the Diana Memorial Concert. Fines can be up to £100 . Also cars have occasionally been towed away from Preston Road.

Next committee meeting

Monday October 6th.

This is in fact a more general meeting, open to all, to take place at the School to discuss matters connected with the Park. It will start at 7pm.

Christmas Draw

Tickets will be available in November, and the draw for about 20 prizes is due to take place on Monday December 1st.

As well as these two, it is hoped to start an Italian group as well.

Trains to Gatwick - under threat again

There is a move to withdraw the rail service which links Harrow to Gatwick (which sometimes calls at Wembley also). For more about this, go to the Local Issues page.
