The shelter/museum
The Primary Care Trust are claiming
ownership of the land on which this stands. This claim is disputed,
and Penney French would like to hear from anyone who has any memory
of the shelter at any time since the war.
Here is an email from Penney on 11
May 2007 :-
Thank you to everyone that responded
to my previous email. Just keeping you informed is that at the moment
there is no news, and communication between the council and the
primary care trust is slow. I will let you if there are further
developments.
Kind regards always Penney , penney.french@ntlworld.com
